Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes & Social security Contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices as stated under ITT Clause 4.There should not be any pending litigation against the tenderer.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : Pay-as-You-Go (PAYG) or post-paid basis. The vendor will submit a bill each month for the amount used. If the client (Karmasangsthan Bank) needs more SMS than specified in the Tender Technical Specification during the contract period (36 Month from the start date of Contract), the vendor will allow it at the same rate as stated in the Notice of Award (NOA) of this tender.
