Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF 3 UNITS PATIENT VEHICLE FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE TO 79 BARANGAYS UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 30-2026-05-1517
1) The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the SP RESOLUTION NO. 2026-157 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 4, 098, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) 2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
