Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 3 UNITS FLATBED DRYER UNDER CORN PROGRAM FY 2025
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA through the Corn Program intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 5, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 3 units Flatbed Dryer under Corn Program FY 2025 with Project Identification No.: ITB-2025-07-299. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
3 units FLAT BED DRYER
I. DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE
Type: Batch-type, Flat Bed, Indirect, Renewable (Biomass Furnace)
Prime mover: minimum 12 hp diesel engine, water-cooled, single cylinder
Capacity: 3 tons per batch
Drying bed/bin: Stainless Steel perforated screen with 2.5 mm thick metal plate panel reinforced by angle bar framing provided with panel connector, supported by framing beneath the drying bed, and with discharge chute along the perimeter of the bed with temperature gauge.
