1. The Philippine Army FY 2026 with Certificate of Fund Chargeability with ASA 4800-2026-0146 dtd 12 February 2026 valid until 31 December 2026 with fund source RA 12314 intends to apply the sum of Eighten Million Seven Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (Php18, 704, 000.00) Procurement of Suit, Trucker PHILARPAT 2 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 2, 672 Sets of Suit, Trucker PHILARPAT 2 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The IMCOM Special Bids and Awards Committee invites bids for the Procurement of 2, 672 Sets of Suit, Trucker PHILARPAT 2. Delivery of the Goods is required for the duration of Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
