Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 2, 500 SETS OF MODIFIED LIGHT REACTION REGIMENT DISTINCTIVE UNIFORM (MLRRDU)
1) The Philippine Army, FY 2026, through the Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) No. 3300-2026-0185 dated 12 March 2026, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP7, 500, 000.00) ONLY, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 2500 Sets of Modified Light Reaction Regiment Distinctive Uniform (MLRRDU). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The IMCOM Special Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the procurement of 2500 Sets of Modified Light Reaction Regiment Distinctive Uniform (MLRRDU) using Competitive Bidding Procedures. Delivery of the Goods is required for the duration of One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from Receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
