Description : 1) The Intramuros Administration, through the General Appropriations
Act for 2026 (GAA 2026) intends to apply the sum of Seventy Million Seven
Hundred Sixty Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and
96/100 (Php 70, 762, 172.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF 24/7 SECURITY SERVICES FOR
CY 2026 with Project No. PB-2026-004.
2) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3) The Intramuros Administration now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF 24/7
SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026 using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).
Delivery of the Goods is required upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should
have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
