Model/Brand must be marked on the body/Name Plate of goods as per standard.3. The tenderer must submit a Certificate from the Authorized distributor of Manufacturer confirming that offered Items must meet the specification and are new, genuine, unused & in good condition for Item No. 11 along with goods.4. Product must be genuine for item no. 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 & 09 (Printer Cartridge). Authority reserves the right to reject any duplicate toner without further explanation. Product manufacturer date should not be before 2025.5. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC for item 01, 02, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 23.6. All items considered as a single lot.
