1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro thru its Bids and Awards Committee invites all interested and legitimate bidders to participate in the above-mentioned activity, taking into consideration the following:
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Ninety-Six Thousand (Php 96, 000.00) pe-sos only.
3. Any quotation/bid amount submitted exceeding the ABC shall automatically be rejected. Awarding is per lot/package basis and not on unit cost. Note: Prices must be quoted in Philippine Peso inclusive of all taxes to be paid and other incidental cost to the delivery site/s if the contract is awarded.
4. All Bids must be accompanied with the following Documentary Requirements:
