2 During the Opening of Request for Quotation (RFQ), prospective bidders warrants that it has submitted all the required statutory and eligibility requirements as provided for in the checklist attached to the RFQ;
3 Delivery shall made to the Department of Agriculture RFO 8, Kanhuraw Hill Tacloban City within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order (PO);
4 In case of delay, the Supplier shall be liable for liquidated damages equivalent to one-tenth of one percent (0.1%) of the total contract price per calendar day of delay.
