Description : PROCUREMENT OF 2 UNITS DUMPTRUCK BALER, AURORA
1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 6, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF 2 UNITS DUMP TRUCK, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF 2 UNITS DUMP TRUCK, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-003). Completion of the Works required is SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
