INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF 2 UNITS BUS



1. The City Government of Digos, through the CMO intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION PESOS (Php20, 000, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF 2 UNITS BUS . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The City Government of Digos, now invites bids for the above Procurement PROCUREMENT OF 2 UNITS BUS using Competitive Bidding under Republic Act No.12009. Delivery of the Goods is Seven(7) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least ten(10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
