INVITATION TO BID FOR

PROCUREMENT OF 2 DOOR BLOOD BANK REFRIGERATOR

IB NO. 2024-04-16 (09)

1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 1, 800, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of 2 Door Blood Bank Refrigerator under IB No. 2024-04-16 (09). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
