1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the Corn Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 11, 280, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 1, 880 bags of Yellow Corn Seeds-Hybrid Yellow Corn for distribution to Corn Farmers at CALABARZON under Corn Program FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
