The tenderer must submit an Authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Manufacturer-s Subsidiary company or direct channel partner/Distributor of Manufacturer for offered items along with the tender documents.2. The tenderer must submit a confirmation certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Manufacturer-s Subsidiary company or direct channel partner/Distributor of Manufacturer confirming that the offered items must meet the design specification and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit the existing system without any modification at the time of material delivery. Buyer reserves the right to check and verify the confirmation certificate.3. Preferred brand name: Rueger (For item No. 1 to 14 & 18)or equivalent &Rueger/Stiko (For item No. 15 to 17) or equivalent. Equivalent Brands are acceptable only if supported by at least 2 (two) End User Certificates, confirming direct, modification-free replacement in similar existing ammonia process plants, Highly Corrosive chemical plants or fertilizer factories, demonstrating identical Temperature gauge performance and a minimum of 2 (two) years of satisfactory operation. Buyer reserves the right to check and verify the End User Certificate. Purchase order are not treated as End User Certificate.4. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with goods for all items...
