TERMS AND CONDITION Inorganice Fertilizer 1. Fertilizer shall be provided in properly labaled bags, with standard weight of 50 kilograms per bag, unless otherwise specified. 2. All delivered fertilizer must be registered, inspected and certified by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA), including submission of product registration and quality certification. 3. Delivery of Fertilizer must be completed on or before the agreed schedule to align the timing of fertilizer application for wet season 2026. 4. Fertilizer must be delivered in good packaging condition. Any damage incurred during delivery shall be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost. 5. In case the fertilizer is found to be substandard, adultered or inefffective, the supplier shall replace the affected product at no addtional cost to the farmer beneficiaries. 6.
