Special Conditions
1. Mortalities within one (1) week after the delivery
should be replaced within two (2) weeks provided
the mortalities are not due to negligence on part of
the recipients.
2. Animals for selection, ear tagging (for horse) and
blood sample collection will be conducted within
the farm source. Expenses for the ear tagging and
lab testing shall be shouldered by the supplier.
3. All notice of selection and delivery shall be duly
received by the office not less than two (2) weeks
before the schedule.
