1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (P 4, 999, 680.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF 10-KILOGRAM SACKS OF RICE FOR DISTRIBUTION TO INDIGENT FAMILIES IN THE MUNICIPALIT (PSR 07-01-2026) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF 10-KILOGRAM SACKS OF RICE FOR DISTRIBUTION TO INDIGENT FAMILIES IN THE MUNICIPALIT (PSR 07-01-2026), Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 working days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
