1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund CY
2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Five Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos
Only. (P35, 800, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
Procurement of 1 unit Seaborne Emergency and Rescue Vessel (SERV) - Multi
Purpose Emergency Watercraft. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental through its Bids and Awards
Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
Goods is required within 120 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order and/or
