INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT RESCUE VEHICLE FOR BARANGAY BULAO, BASEY SAMAR
1) The Local Government Unit - Basey, Samar, through the 20 % of the General Fund of the Annual Budget 2025 and counterpart from LGU of Barangay Bulao, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 12717694 /LGUBS-GD-26-01-002, Procurement of 1 unit Rescue Vehicle for Barangay Bulao, Basey Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, as shall be reflective in the Schedule of Requirements, or as need arises. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
