1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the 70% OF 5% MDRRM FUND-GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION (DISASTER PREPAREDNESS) intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND SIXTEEN PESOS (PhP5, 745, 016.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT PAYLOADER 3 CUBIC METER BUCKET CAPACITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT PAYLOADER 3 CUBIC METER BUCKET CAPACITY using the Life Cycle Assessment.
