1. The BARANGAY SAN JUAN HALL OF SURIGAO CITY, through the 20% CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND intends to apply the sum of 900, 080 Pesos (Php. 900, 080.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT Procurement of 1 Unit Mini Dump truck (4HF1 engine 4x2) with identification number CO -2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY SAN JUAN HALL OF SURIGAO CITY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
