Description : As per QN25-10-1031 under PR25-10-1828
1. (1) Lot of Supply and installation of One (1) unit Generator Set
- 35kVa, brushless alternator
- ATS 200amps, 230v, 3phase, Nema12 Mechanical Works
- Dismantling, disconnection and unmounting of existing generator set including its accessories
- Rigging of existing genset from powerhouse up to nearest temporary staging area prior to loading
- Hauling of existing genset from site up to PNRI
- Rigging, positioning and mounting of generator set using neoprene rubber pads and grip anchors from nearest drop off point up to designated concrete pad location. Length of rigging not to exceed 5 meters
- Supply and installation of 3" commercial B.I. pipe complete with elbows, hangers, brackets and supports. Pipes within the powerhouse must be insulated with rockwool insulation wrapped with gauge 26 aluminum cladding. Pipes must be painted with 3 coats of aluminum high heat paint. Length of pipe not to exceed half pipe length. Note: existing pipes outside the powerhouse must be reused.
