1) The Cebu Normal University, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php700, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 1 Lot Subscription to Single Sign-on Platform and Discovery Service Hosting Subscribed and Open-Access E-Resources for Bid No. 26-03-096. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Cebu Normal University now invite bids for Procurement of 1 Lot Subscription to Single Sign-on Platform and Discovery Service Hosting Subscribed and Open-Access E-Resources using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) Award Criteria.
