The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Peso(S) (Php 99, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Office Supplies And Electric Tower Fan With Remote Control Touch Screen (OFFICE USE) /25-1599 - 1599-A.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
