The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand Peso(S) (Php 60, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Kitchen Utensils And Bench Grinder (USE FOR TRAINING OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT.) /26-0027 - 0027-A.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
