The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Sixty Five Thousand Peso(S) (Php 65, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot It Equipment (SUPPORT TO AFP, DETACHMENT AND INTEL GROUPS (1ST QUARTER)) /26-0208.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
