The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the Trust Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Five Peso(S) (Php 381, 825.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Hardware Materials (FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES) /26-1134 & 1135.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
