The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Five Peso(S) (Php 80, 375.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Foodstuff (SUPPORT TO FORCE MULTIPLIERS AND INTEL AGENT) /26-0259.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
