The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Five Peso(S) (Php 80, 475.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Foodstuff (SUPPORT TO AFP, DETACHMENT AND INTEL GROUPS (3RD QUARTER)) /26-0936.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
