The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Fifty One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Peso(S) (Php 51, 360.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Foodstuff (CONDUCT OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM IN GIDAS) /26-0253.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
