1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund
CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Ninety One
Thousand One Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos (P6, 391, 160.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for this procurement. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund
CY 2026 now invites bids for Procurement of 1 lot Delivery, Installation, Integration
and Commissioning of Laboratory Information System. Delivery of the Goods is
