1.1 FACILITY ASSESSMENT - Contractors must conduct a facility assessment prior to submitting a quotation to ensure the design of the alarm and notification system is effective. This includes assessment of threat & risk, distance & connectivity considerations, and security & tampering prevention.
1.2 ALARM CONTROL PANEL (MAIN UNIT) - 16 to 32 wired/wireless zones or more, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, GSM/4G connectivity, 12V rechargeable backup battery (24 hours), Tamper alert & secure wall-mounted enclosure, User management (up to 50 users), Arm/disarm via: Keypad, RFID, Keyfob, Mobile App
