The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the FALSE of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Five Thousand Peso(S) (Php 205, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Aircondition (For various schools - LSB South) /26-1010.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
