The tenderer must submit a confirmation certificate from manufacturer/ Authorized Distributor of Manufacturer/ Channel Partner of Manufacturer confirming that the offered items must meet the design specification and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit the existing system without any modification at the time of material delivery. Buyer reserves the right to check and verify the confirmation certificate.3. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with goods for all items.4. Model/Brand/ Manufacturing Country must be marked on the body/Name Plate of goods as per standard.5. Necessary Catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.6.
