Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The tenderer must submit authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or Manufacturer-s nominated Overseas Export House or Trading House or Distributor or channel partner of manufacturer for offered items along with the tender documents, where contact information must be submitted by the Tenderer as proven source of goods. Procuring entity reserves the right to check and verify the authorization letter.2. The Tenderer must submit a declaration letter with the offer and a confirmation letter from the Manufacturer or Manufacturer-s nominated Overseas Export House or Trading House or Distributor or channel partner of manufacturer of the manufacturer confirming that offered items must meet the design specification of the Existing instrument are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.3.
