Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers must have the registration in the E-GP portal and legal capacity to enter the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:1. Valid Trade License for the fiscal year 2025-2026;2. Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Return Acknowledgement for the tax assessment year 2024-2025 / 2025-2026;3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate.4. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper, each with a value of at least Tk. 50 lac.6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 100, 00000.00 (One Crore). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.Without one of these, the tender will be considered non-responsive.
