The purpose of the agreement is to cover the customer's need for a well-functioning and reliable booking system for travel agency services in accordance with the requirement specification. The agreement shall include all types of travel agency services, including electronic booking portal (web and app), manual services based on the customer's needsagency services and access to booking hotels, rental cars, all types of transport including more environmentally friendly transport options such as trains. This essentially means facilitating efficient, safe and environmentally sound purchases of travel-related services, and involves, among other things, advice and bookingg of tickets to customers. Establishment, implementation, operation and maintenance must be included in the agreement.
