Procurement - New workshop building, 2026 The purpose of this procurement is to build a workshop for the repair of heavier vehicles and machinery. The workshop must also contain a technical room and changing rooms. The workshop will be set up at gbnr 34/130 in Alvikvegen 194, where today there is an old workshop which is being demolished. The property is connected to a public road and VA facility. The measure has been notified to neighbors and there are no comments. Framework permission dated 21/04/2026 has been granted. Other applications must general contractor be responsible for. The general contractor must be responsible for all planning and work required within various professional groups in order to be able to build and complete a workshop according to the attached job description. Planned start-up is as soon as possible after contract signing. The workshop is to be completed by 01.06.2027. The progress of the project will be agreed in more detail with the general contractor when drawing up a progress plan. The project is a turnkey contract and is regulated by NS 8407.
