The procurement comprises several procurement cooperations, as well as individual municipalities and companies. Each of the procurement cooperations consists of several participating municipalities. In addition several of the municipalities have participating KF. Some procurement cooperation also carries out procurements for other external actors, as well as individual procurements for the participating municipalities. It will vary who participates in a procurement and who the procurement is carried out by.
