Procurement - Advisory services - Municipal engineering, 2025 The purpose of this procurement is to cover the customer's need for advisory services in municipal technical areas. The advisers must contribute to developing projects within given quality and temporal and financial frameworks. In the projects, particular emphasis must be placed on quality, economy and social considerations (such as, for example, universal design, sustainability, environment and climate). The customer assumes a strict professional responsibility with regard to the performance of the work on this agreement. At the same time that services of high professional quality must be delivered, all processes must also be cost- and time-efficient. This procurement is divided into a number of subcontracts (hereafter also called subject categories). See detailed information in the tender documents. The client will enter into a framework agreement with up to 6-8 suppliers per partial contract (parallel framework agreements), provided there is a sufficient number of qualified suppliers. In that case, an agreement will be entered into with the 6-8 suppliers who have the best offers, based on the award criteria in this competition.
