The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: 4 Mercury Processor Cards. This requirement is sole sourced to Mercury Mission Systems, LLC 50 Minuteman Rd, Andover, MA 01810. These are the only processors that can be used due to being a direct replacement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to amy.s.lamberth.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5075 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
