The study is aimed at processing resource material in the form of non -electronic form adopted to the State Geodetic and Cartographic Resource to the form of electronic documents, drawing up copies of protecting resource materials and to combine the oroda system to the database. The subject of the work is scanning the documentation of the poviat geodetic and cartographic resource containing about 175, 000 pages on A4 format, including: - 3 M.B. Technical operats in files (material format from A4 to A1) about 20, 000 pages A4;, - 25 M.B. technical technical operats Small ROBT in binders (material format from A4 to A1) about 155, 000 A4 pages;, together with the development and mass adventure of scanned documentation to the database of the geodetic and cartographic management system of the GEOBID SP. z o. o., a detailed description of the subject of the skew is determined by the above -mentioned one to SWZ.
