Tender Details

The subject of the project documentation (hereafter referred to as "PD") will be the complete reconstruction of all swimming pools of Koupaliště Zábrdovice, new to the stainless steel version or alternatives approved by the authorities concerned, as well as the reconstruction of the technology, so that it meets the current hygienic, economic and operational requirements. Part of the project documentation for the reconstruction will also be the reconstruction of attractions incl. their engine rooms, namely the current toboggan, wave action and possible addition of new attractions within the children's and swimming pools. The subject of the PD will also be the reconstruction of social facilities with an emphasis on the addition of a barrier-free solution, the reconstruction of the building of the technology engine room, the wave engine room and the reconstruction of changing rooms. The subject of PD is not the reconstruction of the Winter Spa building in the Koupaliště complex Zábrdovice. Preparation of proposals and projects, cost estimation
