The subject of the contract is the preparation of construction-project documentation for the construction permit in the case of a set of buildings (according to Annex No. 4 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended) of technical and transport infrastructure for the location Z.1a in the scope of the 1st stage, i.e. 34 future parcels according to the approved territorial studies, including connections to individual networks of technical infrastructure, which will be completed beyond the border of the future parcels.
