Processing of project documentation for the construction of "Community housing - Kunčina" including supervision of the designer The subject of the project is the construction of a community-type house for people with disabilities. The building has one ground floor (1st floor) and an attic (2nd floor). In the house two households are proposed. Each household is intended for 6 clients. A total of 12 residents (clients). Spaces for staff, technical room, warehouses will be located exclusively on the 2nd floor. Each resident of the house will have their own bedroom. From the point of view of the classification of the building a its use will be the construction of a family house for social services. Construction on plot No. 782/1 in c.ú. Kunčina.
