Processing of project documentation for the building "Jevíčko Specialized Medical Institute, reconstruction of pavilion N", including supervision of the designer The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation in stages of documentation for planning permission and documentation for commissioning/implementation of construction in the sense of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, as amended, its implementing decrees and Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended, and its implementing regulations, for the construction of the "Specialized Medical Institute Jevíčko, reconstruction of pavilion N". The subject of the public contract is also the processing of project documentation for the equipment of the subject building according to the client's request, in the scope of drawing the technology and internal equipment into the floor plan of the projected building. The subject contract is also the performance of the designer's supervision activities according to § 161 paragraph 2 of the Construction Act over the compliance of the completed building with the verified project documentation by the contractor of the project documentation during construction implementation.
