The subject of the public contract is the preparation of complete project documentation and related activities for the subsequent implementation of the project entitled "Total reconstruction of the apartment building Francouzská 407/72", the aim of which is the comprehensive restoration and modernization of the existing apartment building at Francouzská 407/72, 602 00 Brno-Zábrdovice, parc. No. 93 in the administrative office of Zábrdovice. The project documentation will be processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, technical standards and in accordance with the "Standards for reconstructed municipal housing houses", which form an appendix to this tender documentation.
