Processing of project documentation - "Strategic business park Cheb" The client intends to implement a construction project called "Strategic Business Park Cheb". Project documentation will be processed according to generally binding regulations and to the extent that a quality, so that on the basis of it, a final decision on planning permission can be issued according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended. The project documentation will be further processed into the details necessary for the processing of the offer on implementation of the project so that, on the basis of it, the contracting authority can carry out a possible proper procurement procedure for the implementer of the project, i.e. at least to the details necessary for the processing of the offer for the implementation of the project in the sense of § 92 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on procurement of public contracts, as amended, and related implementing regulations (in particular Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., on determining the scope of documentation of a public contract for construction works and an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements, as amended later regulations). The subject of performance is also the provision of professional cooperation by the contracting authority in the implementation of other activities related to the preparation and implementation of the construction. Detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in detail necessary for the processing of the offer, is stated in the tender documentation appendices.
