This contract therefore includes several services: - the collection, transport and distribution of postal items, including parcels; - postage; - sending registered letters via an IT platform. In the event that sending is not possible, the tenderer is invited to propose a variant covering: printing, enveloping, transport, postage and distribution of registered postal items. We estimate a total of 150, 797 items addressed per year (of letters/parcels sent in 2025). This number is, however, purely indicative and does not constitute a commitment by the contracting authority as to the Order quantities.
