Processing of the government-wide residual waste stream Description: The contracting authority, also on behalf of the Participating services, wishes to conclude an Agreement with one market party for lot 1 (Residual waste stream 'Fine') and one market party for lot 2 (Residual waste stream 'Coarse'). The ambition is to process the residual waste flows offered in accordance with the waste hierarchy as high-quality as possible, with an emphasis on recovery of raw materials, recycling and other useful applications.
